Job summary

JW Lees in England is seeking a hospitality team member to assist with guest arrivals and departures, coordinate with departments, and deliver high-quality service. You will manage room service orders, bar duties, and events setup while upholding safety procedures and smooth handovers between shifts.

The role emphasizes guest-centric service, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities for progression and benefits through profit sharing and employee support programmes.

Responsibilities

• Check in late arrivals and check out early departures in line with company procedures.
• Ensure thorough communication with all departments.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and complete handover at the end of the shift.
• Ensure that wake up calls are made promptly and book any taxis for guests.
• Take room service orders and deliver to guests.
• Residents' bar - preparing and serving drinks, cleaning duties.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the fire evacuation procedure and computer systems.
• Ensure site is secure and complete regular walk arounds throughout the shift.
• Set up rooms for meetings and private dining.
• Give personal attention, take personal responsibility and use teamwork to provide excellent guest service.
