Job summary

Young's Pubs in London operates the Coach & Horses, a Georgian coaching inn, renowned for warm hospitality and seasonal produce. We seek a Night Porter to help ensure guest safety, maintain room standards and deliver excellent service.

You will greet guests, assist late arrivals, prepare breakfast setup, and carry out health and safety checks. The ideal candidate has experience in similar venues, strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Exhibits excellent customer service and communication.
• Energetic, friendly, and able to work independently.
• Experience in a similar hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be adaptable to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during night hours and check-ins/out where required.
• Handle guest requests and maintain safety and security of the pub and hotel.
• Set up breakfast service and perform basic health and safety checks.
• Monitor rooms and ensure cleanliness and comfort for overnight guests.
• Maintain hygiene standards and report maintenance issues as needed.
