The Celtic Collection is seeking a Night Porter/Driver to join our Front Office team. You will provide a warm welcome, carry out valet duties, assist with luggage, and support overnight operations to ensure exceptional guest service. Hours are night shifts 11:00pm–7:00am on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.

A full UK driving licence is required; D1 licence is preferred. Prior hotel or concierge experience is advantageous, with perks including free on-duty parking and staff

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence required, D1 licence preferred.
• Experience in hotel/concierge or customer service advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Safely transport guests and colleagues around the resort.
• Carry out valet parking duties when required.
• Assist guests with luggage and respond to guest and housekeeping requests.
• Support Reception and Night Management with overnight operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and entrances; ensure resort vehicles are clean and roadworthy.
• Report maintenance, health and safety or security concerns promptly.
