Job summary

Theobalds Estate is seeking a reliable Night Porter to join our team. Working 4 on, 4 off, you thrive when others sleep and take pride in guest service while keeping the property secure.

Your duties include night audits, safety walks, breakfast setup prep, handling guest queries, and assisting during incidents. DBS clearance will be arranged, and a supportive benefits package awaits in our expanding hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience with night work is preferred.
• Superb customer service skills from reception or similar is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent punctuality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a security and safety conscious attitude. Priority is to ensure guest safety and property safety while sleeping.
• Complete night checklists, reception audits, cleaning schedules, breakfast setup, and handover to day team.
• Attend to incidents during night service and assist in emergencies.
• Carry out breakfast setup duties to ensure morning operations run smoothly.
