Job summary

De Vere Latimer Estate seeks a Night Porter to look after guests and the hotel during the night shift from 22:30 to 07:00. You will respond to requests, perform security checks, and keep areas clean and ready for morning activities. The role may involve setting up rooms for meetings and assisting events teams when required.

Qualifications

• Good customer service skills and confidence in assisting guests at night.
• Reliable and responsible, able to work as part of a small night team.
• Attention to detail and understanding of safety and security in a large hotel.

Responsibilities

• Look after guests and the hotel between 10:30pm and 7:00am.
• Carry out regular checks and walk rounds to maintain standards.
• Set up conference rooms and refreshments for the following day.
• Support Nights and Events teams to ensure smooth operations during weddings and events.
