Hotel Du Vin is seeking a Night Porter in St Andrews to oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are maintained. You will support the Food & Beverage department at night, welcome guests, assist with luggage, and keep public areas immaculate while meetings and events are prepared for the next day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations from sunset to sunrise and maintain brand standards.
• Manage the Food & Beverage department during the night and assist guests with luggage.
• Clean public areas and prepare meeting/event spaces for the next day.
• Conduct nightly Health and Safety audits and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
