The Night Porter role at Hotel du Vin Birmingham supports overnight operations from sundown to sunrise, ensuring guest standards and brand quality. You will be hands-on, overseeing the night shift and managing the Night Porter duties for the Food & Beverage department.

Welcoming guests, keeping public areas immaculate, assisting with luggage, and carrying out nightly Health and Safety audits are key parts of the role. Night shift experience is essential and flexibility across 7 days is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial.
• Experience of night shift work is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise.
• Manage the Night Porter duties for the Food & Beverage department during the night.
• Welcome guests in a friendly and helpful manner and keep public areas immaculate.
• Clean public areas and prepare meeting/event spaces for the next day.
• Assist guests with luggage and carry out nightly Health and Safety audits.
