Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in Bristol City Centre is seeking a Night Porter to oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. You will welcome guests, ensure public areas are immaculate, and assist with luggage while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires organising nightly tasks, conducting health and safety audits, and willingness to work a range of shifts. Previous night-shift experience is beneficial, and training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar night porter role is beneficial.
• Experience of night shift work is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise.
• Manage Food & Beverage during the night.
• Welcome guests and assist with luggage.
• Keep public areas clean and prepare meeting spaces.
• Perform nightly Health and Safety audits.
• Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
