Job summary

Chef & Brewer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Porter to help safeguard guests, staff and the property at night. You will join a friendly, inclusive team and have opportunities to develop your skills while delivering a safe and welcoming experience.

Key duties include welcoming late arrivals, supporting check-ins, maintaining high standards of security, handling inquiries, and responding to emergencies. You will need strong English, a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.


• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.

• A great eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards.


• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and making every guest feel welcome.


• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.


• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
