Greene King's ventures arm is seeking a Night Porter to safeguard guests, staff and the hotel at night, while delivering a warm, attentive welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
• Ensure guest and business safety and security are the top priority at all times.
• In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.
• Set up function rooms and meeting rooms.
• Clean some public areas of the hotel and function spaces.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.
