Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Night Porter for Cock Hotel (Stony Stratford), near Milton Keynes. You will help ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and the premises during the night, and handle late arrivals and walk-ins with a warm, professional approach.

You’ll join a friendly, inclusive team and have the chance to develop customer service skills while maintaining high standards. There are opportunities to assist with room setups and guest enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.

• In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.
• Set up function rooms and meeting rooms.
• Clean some public areas of the hotel and function spaces.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
