Job summary

Farmhouse Inns is seeking a Night Porter to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff overnight, joining a friendly, inclusive team. You will be the first point of contact for late arrivals and walk-ins, and will help maintain a welcoming environment while upholding high standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with emergencies, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns to ensure guests enjoy their stay and feel valued throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
