Job summary

Everly Hotels in Rottingdean is seeking a Night Porter to help keep guests safe and comfortable during night hours. You will be the first point of contact for late arrivals and handle guest needs with warmth.

This role offers a supportive team, opportunities to develop customer service and security skills, and access to staff discounts across our brands.

Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

What you'll do as a Night Porter...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
• Ensure guest and business safety and security are the top priority at all times.
• In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.
