Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Night Porter to safeguard guests, staff and the hotel during night hours. You’ll be the first point of contact for late arrivals and walk-ins, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

You will help maintain high standards, handle enquiries, and respond to alarms or safety needs, while delivering friendly service and contributing to a home-away-from-home experience.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role and allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a heartfelt, memorable experience on every visit.

• Safely evacuate all guests and staff in case of fire.
• Answer calls and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

What you'll do as a Night Porter...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
• Ensure guest and business safety and security are the top priority at all times.
• In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.
