Job summary

The Milestone Hotel & Residences, part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is seeking an enthusiastic Night Porter to join our luxury, five-star team in London. You will support overnight operations, assist guests, and ensure the hotel area remains welcoming and secure.

We value excellent communication, attention to detail and reliability, with a 4-on/4-off pattern. Night Porter experience in a luxury setting is preferred, and full-time employment offers development opportunities and staff

• Previous Night Porter experience, ideally in luxury or five-star hotels.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude towards training and development and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly
• Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area
• Assist with reception and concierge requests
• Answer general guest queries
• Prepare and delivering room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day
• Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times

We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Porter to join our family on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone with previous hotel Night Porter experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Has a positive attitude towards training and development and enjoys delivering personalised outstanding service to our guest.

Working pattern: 4 days on 4 days off

• Previous Night Porter Experience: Ideally within a luxury or five-star hotel setting, with a clear understanding of hotel operations during overnight shifts.
• Excellent Communication Skill.
• Attention to Detail.
• Reliability & Flexibility: Dependable and flexible, able to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of service.
• A Team Player a to work closely with other departments.
