Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is looking for a passionate Night Front House Porter to join our Front of House team on a permanent basis. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage and requests, and help maintain a luxurious lobby experience for all guests.

Main duties and expectations

• Deliver exceptional guest service – Greet and assist guests in the lobby with a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a luxury experience at all times.
• Handle guest luggage and requests – Provide standard porter services including delivering and storing luggage, rooming guests, and fulfilling guest requests promptly.
• Maintain lobby and public areas – Ensure the lobby and front-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and presentable, including polishing trolleys and cleaning entrance areas.
• Uphold security and confidentiality – Adhere to strict security procedures and maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
• Support team operations – Work flexibly with other departments, assist colleagues as needed, and adapt to changing shift requirements.
