The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is hiring a Kitchen Porter at Hotel 41 in City of Westminster. The role offers a casual work pattern with training provided and a strong emphasis on hygiene, teamwork and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a professional kitchen.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but training will be provided.
• Pride in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

• Operating pot-washing machinery and maintaining a hygienic working environment.
• Assisting the chefs and waiters as necessary.

Key Responsibilities of a Kitchen Porter:
