Job summary

OCS Worldwide in Colnbrook is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to lead our on-site warehouse and fulfilment shift. You will drive performance, coach teams, ensure accuracy, meet strict SLAs, and uphold compliance and safety on every shipment.

This role is Saturday to Wednesday, with weekend and night allowances, 20 days leave rising with service, a company healthcare scheme and a government workplace pension.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and meet tight SLAs.
• Allocate labour to priorities and monitor workflow.
• Ensure 100% compliance with HMRC Customs, Security regulations, GDPR and Dangerous Goods.
• Lead daily shift briefings, manage performance and timekeeping.
• Promote a proactive safety culture with inspections and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate operational teams to drive maximum quality and compliant customer deliveries.
• Monitor and adapt to changing operational demands during shifts.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and safety across the warehouse floor.
