Job summary

OCS Worldwide in Colnbrook is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to lead our on-site warehouse and fulfilment shift. You will drive performance, coach teams, ensure accuracy, meet strict SLAs, and uphold compliance and safety on every shipment.

This role is Saturday to Wednesday, with weekend and night allowances, 20 days leave rising with service, a company healthcare scheme and a government workplace pension.

Qualifications

Night Operations Supervisor

Reporting to: Operations Manager / Hub Manager (with direct responsibility for keeping our core operations running flawlessly). OCS Worldwide is innovative and nimble, and we need a proactive, razor-sharp Operations Supervisor to spearhead our day-to-day shift of warehouse and fulfilment activities. Your goal is clear: lead and motivate your operational teams, drive maximum operational quality, and ensure our solutions strictly adhere to compliance requirements to guarantee safe, accurate customer deliveries.

The Package & Impact:

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role requiring you to work a Saturday to Wednesday shift pattern. Your leadership will directly shape our operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Note: Because this role requires critical hands-on supervision, manual handling, and continuous team development within a warehouse environment, it is unsuitable for hybrid or remote working arrangements. We need you on the floor, driving results and leading the team.
