Job summary

You will work Monday to Friday 00:00–08:30, with a 3-month vetting period before start. The position offers a salary of £40,000 per year, with opportunities to contribute to quality, compliance and end-to-end service.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries, orders, and requests, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution in line with service levels.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders to support effective service delivery and relationship management.
• Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across systems, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Monitor service performance, identifying and escalating issues, delays, or discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
• Support operational teams by coordinating information and ensuring customer requirements are met effectively.
• Contribute to maintaining quality, compliance and customer service standards, including audits or process reviews where required.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure end-to-end service alignment across warehouse and transport operations.
