Job summary

OCS Worldwide is seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment activities on-site in Colnbrook. The role focuses on driving operational quality, ensuring compliance, and delivering safe, accurate customer shipments.

The candidate will manage and coach the shift teams, allocate labour efficiently, and uphold strict regulatory standards while maintaining excellent customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure shipments meet tight SLAs.
• Maintain 100% regulatory compliance with HMRC Customs, Security, GDPR and Dangerous Goods.
• Lead and coach shifts, monitor performance and timekeeping, and drive safety on the floor.

Operations Manager / Hub Manager (with direct responsibility for keeping our core operations running flawlessly).

The Package & Impact:

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role requiring you to work a Saturday to Wednesday shift pattern. Your leadership will directly shape our operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Competitive basic salary, supplemented by dedicated Weekend and Night Allowances.

20 days annual leave, increasing up to 25 days with continuous service.

Company healthcare scheme enrolments (after 1 year’s continuous service).

Note: Because this role requires critical hands-on supervision, manual handling, and continuous team development within a warehouse environment, it is unsuitable for hybrid or remote working arrangements. We need you on the floor, driving results and leading the team.
