Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited is seeking a Night Porter to oversee the hotel’s overnight operations. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, and managing the Food & Beverage department during the night.

You will welcome guests, keep public areas clean, and prepare spaces for the following day. Night shift experience is essential and experience in a similar role is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience of night shift work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise and manage guest expectations.
• Welcome guests in a friendly and helpful manner and keep public areas immaculate.
• Clean public areas and prepare meeting and event spaces for the next day.
• Assist guests with luggage and handle nightly Health and Safety audits.
• Be an excellent communicator and stay organised throughout night shifts.
