Malmaison Aberdeen is seeking a dedicated Night Porter to oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. The role involves hands-on responsibility for the night shift, ensuring brand standards are upheld and guest satisfaction remains high.

Responsibilities include managing the Night shift for Food & Beverage, keeping public areas immaculate, assisting guests with luggage, and conducting nightly safety checks. A physical role requiring good communication and attention to detail.

• Oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise.
• Manage the Food & Beverage department during the night and ensure public areas are clean and set up for the next day.
• Assist guests with luggage, respond to enquires, and conduct nightly Health and Safety audits.
