Malmaison & Hotel du Vin in Edinburgh is seeking a Night Porter to oversee the hotel’s operations from sundown to sunrise. You will manage guest expectations, ensure brand standards are maintained, and assist with luggage.

The role covers Food & Beverage during the night, welcoming guests, cleaning public areas, and preparing meeting spaces for the next day. You will also perform nightly Health and Safety audits and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Night shift experience is essential.
