Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Night Porter for the Mercure Chester Abbots Well Hotel in Chester, England. The role focuses on safety, security, and guest service during night hours, with duties spanning across departments to ensure a first-class stay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Willing to work night shifts and overnight hours.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with guests and staff and resolve issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and the hotel during night hours.
• Perform minimum of two security checks at regular intervals with emphasis on fire safety.
• Prepare breakfast for 6am and assist with AM duties.
• Liaise with guests and residents, addressing problems and resolving complaints politely.
