Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Porter in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for the safety and security of guests, staff and the hotel during night hours, with routine security checks and early-morning breakfast prep. You’ll engage with guests and residents, addressing problems in a courteous, professional manner.

You’ll also support night-time operations across departments, bringing first-class customer service and teamwork to a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail to keep all areas clean and presentable.
• Strong communication with guests and staff to resolve issues.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work late-night and early-morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and the hotel at night.
• Perform a minimum of two security checks at regular intervals with emphasis on safety.
• Assist with breakfast preparation at 6am and liaise with guests and residents.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints courteously and professionally.
• Support night-time operations across departments as needed.
