Job summary

Front Office is seeking a committed Evening Night Porter to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our venue during overnight hours in Wrecclesham, England. You will be the main contact for late-arriving guests, responsible for security monitoring, assisting with check-ins/outs, and maintaining public area cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role, possesses strong communication skills, and is reliable and physically fit.

Compensation will be discussed based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a porter, concierge, or night shift role preferred.
• Physically fit and able to carry out patrols and light lifting.
• Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the venue and grounds to ensure guest safety and security.
• Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries.
• Handle any incidents or emergencies calmly and effectively.
