Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a luxury hotel or premium brand.
• Strong knowledge of OPERA & Knowcross.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

As an Operations Night Duty Manager your role will be incredibly exciting, quite often varied and will involve creative thinking with a decisive attitude. You will be leading the team to deliver an exemplary service to our members and guests; a service which boasts personalisation, empathy and charm. You will be on hand for our colleagues, helping develop, mentor and supervise them throughout their time at Estelle Manor. You will be empowered to make impactful decisions as the main point of managerial responsibility overnight.

Who we are looking for?

• Previous management experience working nights within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
• Strong OPERA & Knowcross knowledge would be ideal.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people – you can quickly understand, influence, and negotiate, as well as document and report to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
• Hugely charismatic and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management as well as being front of house building relationships with our members.

This is made up of a base rate of £40,000 per annum, plus inclusion in our service charge scheme.
