You will work under the Clinical Nurse Manager to drive quality and maintain high standards of care, with a focus on person-centred care and staff development.

As a registered nurse with an NMC PIN, you will oversee care plans, medication management, and supervision of the unit, supported by comprehensive induction and training

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with valid NMC PIN.
• Post-registration and management or supervisory experience preferred.
