Job summary

Find Medic in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (Night Shifts) to join a compassionate team in a nursing home. You will provide high-quality direct care, administer medications, and monitor residents to ensure safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate will hold NMC registration as an RGN or RMN, bring 1–2 years of nursing home experience, and demonstrate excellent communication while working nights and coordinating with colleagues and families.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to residents, which includes administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident
• Supervising and managing care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents
• Following all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care
• Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required
• Managing emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift
