Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Wytham Lodge, Padiham. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to adults with complex needs, supported by a strong team and structured development pathways.

You will be a qualified nurse with an NMC PIN, capable of leading care on a small unit, managing medications, and upholding dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with an active NMC PIN.
• Ability to provide person-centred nursing care for adults with complex needs.
• Strong clinical nursing skills including medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning and providing person-centred nursing care.
• Administering medications safely.
• Promoting health, wellbeing and independence.
• Acting as Nurse in Charge when on shift.
