Exemplar Health Care’s Primrose Place care home in Coalville is seeking a Night Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to lead the nursing and care team on the night shift. You will work under the Clinical Nurse Manager to drive quality and maintain high standards of care, with a focus on person-centred care and staff development.

As a registered nurse with an NMC PIN, you will oversee care plans, medication management, and supervision of the unit, supported by comprehensive induction and training

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with valid NMC PIN.
• Post-registration and management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to lead a multi-disciplinary team and deliver person-centred care.

Contract type : Full time (12 hour night shifts)

Rate : £23.14 per hour

When open, Primrose Place will feature 36 en-suite bedrooms, across three units. Each unit will have its own dining room, lounge, and sensory bathroom. About the role

As a Night Nurse Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you'll be at the forefront of clinical care delivery for the people living at Birch View, No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• leading your homes care and nursing teams to ensure we meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of the people we support
• providing strong leadership
• to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement
• overseeing and managing all your unit's clinical elements and risk
• ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect care interventions appropriately
• acting as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review and update of their care profiles
• the supervision and management of your unit's ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal of medication

To apply for this role, you must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. We're looking experienced Nurses from all backgrounds, Adult, Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses / RGN, RMN, RNLD. As this is a management role, you should also have post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
