Shaw healthcare is seeking a compassionate Night Nurse for Burleys Wood in Crawley on a fixed-term maternity cover for approximately 6 months. The role involves 12-hour night shifts on a 4-weekly rota, with 36.75 hours per week and a competitive hourly rate.

You will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality care to elderly residents, coordinating with multidisciplinary colleagues, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of service users during night hours.

Competenze

• NMC registered nursing qualification and current registration.
• Experience delivering care to elderly residents and those with dementia.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Assessing health and care needs and developing care plans.
• Administering medications and monitoring responses.
• Providing nursing care including wound and palliative care.
