• NMC registered nurse with current practising pin.
• Experience in elderly and dementia care.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients health and care needs and developing care plans.
• Administering medication and monitoring service users’ responses.
• Providing nursing care including wound and palliative care.
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals to coordinate personalised care.
