Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' health and care needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor responses.
• Provide nursing care including wound and palliative care.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for personalised care.
• Support service users with activities of daily living.
• Provide emotional support to service users and families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Follow CQC guidelines to ensure high standards of care.
