Park Plaza London Waterloo is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night reception team and ensure extraordinary service across 494 guestrooms. You will be responsible for head-of-department duties, safety, security, licensing and fire compliance, while motivating staff and maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role is on-site in London with a 4-on 4-off, 12-hour shifts, and a competitive salary (£32,706 per year) plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Manager in a hotel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Opera.
• Available to work 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs Head of Department duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, and makes crucial decisions.
• Ensures guests’ needs are met beyond expectation, and takes responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire.
• Leads the Night team by example and motivates, trains and inspires Front of House colleagues.

Night Manager

We Are Looking For a Night Manager Who

• Performs Head of Department duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, and making crucial decisions
• Ensures guests’ needs are met beyond expectation, and takes full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire
• Plays a hands-on role leading the Night team by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the Front of House team members
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera
• Be available to work 4 days on, 4 days off, on a 12-hour shift basis (from 8am to 8pm)
