Job summary

Holiday Inn London – Camden Lock is seeking an experienced Night Manager to ensure guest safety, oversee night audit accuracy, and supervise front office and food and beverage shifts. The role includes weekend and public holiday work within a 4-on/4-off pattern, with opportunities to contribute to a smooth, welcoming overnight operation.

You will work at a vibrant London hotel, providing outstanding service and applying OPERA knowledge to maximise efficiency, support staff, and uphold brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Hotel Front Office experience.
• Duty Manager experience.
• Working knowledge of OPERA.

Located in the heart of vibrant Camden Town, our 152‑bedroom hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from Camden Town Underground station. As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help shape the future of voco London Camden Lock.

We are currently seeking an experienced Night Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests, overseeing the accurate completion of the night audit function, conducting inspections of both front and back of house during shifts (including Front Office & Food and Beverage outlets), and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule follows a 4 shifts on - 4 shifts off pattern, with shifts varying from week to week to meet the dynamic requirements of the business. Please note that working hours may include weekends and public holidays. This role involves serving food and alcohol.
