Crowne Plaza London Ealing is looking for a Night Manager to oversee the Front Office operations, ensuring top-notch guest service and employee coordination. Responsibilities include managing team activities and conducting night audits, while also ensuring all areas of the hotel meet company standards.

Responsabilités

• Co-ordinate the activities of all employees under his/her control ensuring that all areas are presented to the agreed standard.
• Prepare all conference and banqueting rooms in accordance with the weekly function sheets to the pre-determined standards set by the Company.
• Ensure that all store areas are in order and tidied on a regular basis, and that any guest property is stored securely.
• Ensure that all services to the guests as requested are carried out efficiently and on time and are properly recorded and charged.
• Ensure that all employees within the department carry out requests from Management and Reception as required by Hotel guests.
• Carry out Night Audit, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved or reported.
• Ensure that all food and drink served is presented in accordance with Food Hygiene Regulations as laid down in the Hotels Food Safety Policy.
• Ensure the security of the Hotel by completing security checks of the Hotel and grounds to the standard set by the Hotel.
• Be in constant liaison with Front Office.
• Train and develop team members and take ownership for the role.
• Checks billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and minimize room rebates.
• Assist Front office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Order and deliver newspapers to the guests room each morning.

Night Manager role involves working within our busy Front Office environment, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service. This role is required to cover Duty Manager shifts.

Night Manager Role will include:
