Job summary

Holiday Inn London – Camden Lock is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to oversee night operations, ensure guest safety and complete the night audit with precision.

Based in Camden Town, you’ll inspect Front Office & Food & Beverage outlets, provide outstanding service, and manage shifts on a 4-on 4-off pattern. The role includes weekend and holiday work and serving food and alcohol during night hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Hotel Front Office experience.
• Duty Manager experience.
• Working knowledge of OPERA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the night audit function.
• Conduct front and back of house inspections during shifts (including Front Office & Food & Beverage outlets).
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the night.
• Manage guest safety and incident handling during night hours.

We are currently seeking an experienced Night Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests, overseeing the accurate completion of the night audit function, conducting inspections of both front and back of house during shifts (including Front Office & Food and Beverage outlets), and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule follows a 4 shifts on - 4 shifts off pattern, with shifts varying from week to week to meet the dynamic requirements of the business. Please note that working hours may include weekends and public holidays. This role involves serving food and alcohol.
