Job summary

Ward Security in London is seeking a skilled Logistics Officer to join our team on a night shift from 19:00 to 07:00 at our EC4A 2BJ site. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers nights-only hours with a pay rate of £15 per hour and opportunity for progression within our Training Academy and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating deliveries and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage deliveries to and from the site in a timely and efficient manner.
• Control access to logistics and delivery areas in line with site procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for tenants, delivery drivers, and contractors, responding professionally to enquiries.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate, completed correctly, and kept up to date.
• Monitor delivery schedules and report any delays or issues to the supervisor or Site Manager.
