Job summary

EKFB is recruiting a Night Shift Security Logistics Supervisor to join the Greatworth to Southam area. You will supervise the night security and provide logistics support across multiple sites, mentoring officers and coordinating tasks from the EKFB Area Security Manager.

You will manage alarms, CCTV and response actions during the 1800–0600 shift, seven nights a week, ensuring safe operations. Experience in construction security is preferred; a driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction environment desired.
• Security awareness is essential.
• SIA Licence desirable.
• Literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work in shift pattern.
• Driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the night security shift and coordinate logistics support across sites.
• Mentor and train security officers; manage attendance and report disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate tasks set by EKFB Area Security Manager and ensure shift compliance.
• Monitor alarms, CCTV and intruder devices; respond to incidents as required.
• Ensure officers are trained, equipped, and understand roles; maintain welfare and safety.
