Kisimul Group Ltd is hiring night Life Practitioners for The Old Vicarage in Swinderby to support individuals with learning disabilities. You will help with daily activities and accompany residents on community outings, providing compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player.
• Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or a willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany trips into the community.
• Use company vehicle for activities; ensure safe transport with full UK licence.
