Kisimul Group is seeking a compassionate Life Practitioner to join our Children’s Residential Home at The Old Vicarage in Swinderby. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, assist with daily activities, and accompany them on community trips. A company vehicle is provided.

We offer a competency framework with progression, a £500 joining bonus, funded qualifications, a Blue Light Card, wellbeing support and flexible working. A full UK driving licence is required.
