Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is recruiting Life Practitioners for The Old Vicarage in Swinderby, Lincoln, to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives and participate in daily activities and community trips.

You will drive the company vehicle if eligible. We offer a Blue Light Card, refer-a-friend bonuses, life assurance, a pension, DBS checks, and flexible working patterns to suit you and the needs of those we support.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and contributing to progression of others.
• Strong team player with resilience and initiative to seek support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and basic digital skills.
• A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or willingness to work towards.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (or have been driving in the UK for 2+ years) to drive the company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting in daily activities.
• Accompany them on trips into the community.
• Assist with transport using the company vehicle where required.
