Qualifications

- Computer literacy is required.
- A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or willingness to work towards.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips.
- Support independent living and personal development strategies.
- Drive the company vehicle for community activities (minimum UK driving requirement).
- Work as part of a compassionate, dedicated team.
