Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is looking for compassionate Life/Night Practitioners to support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in daily activities and community outings. You will promote independence, accompany people on trips, and help maintain a safe, caring home environment.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or a willingness to work towards

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs in daily activities and community outings.
• Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community and ensure safety
• Collaborate with the team to deliver person-centred care
