Kisimul Group Ltd is looking for compassionate Night Life Practitioners to join our team at Anam Carain, Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, helping them live independently and joining community activities.

The role includes driving the company vehicle (full UK licence required), a competitive salary, a £500 joining bonus, extensive training, pension, life assurance, DBS checks, and clear career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and contributing to progression of others.
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities
