Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Night Life Practitioners for Bramley Apartments to support adults with severe learning disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily living activities and accompany clients on community outings, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

The role offers competency-based progression, a company vehicle for activities, and flexible patterns including bank holidays. Starting rates range and room to grow via the competency framework.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and helping adults with complex needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work towards Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily living activities.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
