Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a compassionate Senior Night Life Practitioner for Bramley Apartments in Boston. You will support residents with severe learning disabilities, assist with daily activities, and accompany them on community trips.

A company vehicle is provided and driving requires a UK licence with at least 2 years’ experience driving in the UK. Starting rates are £14.74 per hour, with progression to £16.87 for experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and progression of others.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Resilient and able to ask for support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.
