Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Senior Life Practitioner for Bramley Apartments in Boston. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities, helping them live more independent lives through daily activities and community outings.

A company vehicle is provided for transport; a valid UK driving licence or two years UK driving experience is required. Starting hourly rates are £14.48, with progression to £15.72 for experienced staff.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work toward it.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help residents live fulfilling, independent lives through daily activities.
• Accompany residents on community trips and activities.
• Support transportation using company vehicle (driven with UK license requirements).
• Participate in competency framework to unlock pay growth.
